The RAM-103-238U consists of a diamond base and standard length double socket arm that will accept 1" ball bases. The diamond base measures 2.43" x 1.31" and contain two holes 1.912" from center to center, positioned at both ends of the diamond base. The hole pattern found on the diamond base will connect to many RAM cradles, as well as third-party cradles including mounts with the industry standard AMPS hole pattern. Designed into the mount is a 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system with adjustment points at both ends of the socket arm; this with a twist of the arm knob allows for you to maneuver the mount to your optimum viewing position.

                            This warranty is expressly limited to purchasers of RAM® products from RAM® or RAM® authorized resellers. The warranty is limited to RAM® mounts and components. The warranty does not include any device mounted or attached to a RAM® mount, such as a phone, GPS, computer or other device. This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been abused, worn out, heated, ground or otherwise altered, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use.
                             
                            This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been misused, abused, shows excessive wear and tear or fatigue, has been subjected to heat beyond ordinary weather conditions, a ground or otherwise altered, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use. If a product or part has been discontinued we will attempt to suggest a substitute. If a suitable substitute is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under this warranty.
                             
                            THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND NATIONAL PRODUCTS INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY IT, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER.                             If any product or part manufactured by National Products Inc. is found to be defective by National Products Inc., in its sole judgment, National Products Inc. will, at its option, either repair or replace such defective product or part. THIS REMEDY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE FOR ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS OR PARTS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY NATIONAL PRODUCTS INC. OR FOR DAMAGES RESULTING IN ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, NATIONAL PRODUCTS INC. NEGLIGENCE. NATIONAL PRODUCTS INC.                             There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.
                             
                            The purpose of this exclusive remedy shall be to provide the buyer with repair and replacement of products or parts manufactured by National Products Inc. found to be defective in materials or workmanship or negligently manufactured. Please note that the NPI Lifetime Warranty does not cover any electronic components integrated in the RAM® mounting system including but not limited to the USB connector inside of the IntelliSkin®. All IntelliSkin® and electronic products are covered by a one to three year warranty to be free of manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. Additionally, certain materials and components are considered general wear items and are not covered under the lifetime warranty. Wear items consist of, but are not limited to, suction cups, foam pads, rubber feet, etc.
