Returns

  • Unless noted as “NON-RETURNABLE”, purchases may be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of our ship date.  All items returned must be returned unused in "as new" condition in the original packaging and should include all accessories and user manuals.  Any product returned that is not in its original packaging and documentation will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Kyocera cannot be responsible for the loss of items after delivery.

  • Returned product must be received at Kyocera within 10 business days of RMA issue date.

  • Damaged/discrepant shipments or defective products should be reported immediately (within 3 days of delivery) to our customer support team. Please save all packaging materials until we contact you with instructions. We may need the packaging materials to file an insurance claim and appreciate any documentation or physical evidence that can be provided.

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returns unless there was an error in the order fulfillment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
