SHIPPING

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of the U.S. and Kyocera holidays (see FAQ section). Weekends and U.S. holidays are not counted as business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

FREE GROUND SHIPPING  on orders $99 and over (before tax)

For orders under $99 (before tax) the shipping charges below will be applied at checkout: 

 $  9.99 per order        Lower 48 contiguous US (Ground shipping)

 $34.99 per order       Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories 

Multi-line orders may be shipped from several locations and may be received at different times. 

 

We are unable to support:  Shipments to PO, APO, FPO, DPO boxes, Will-Call pick-up, or international deliveries.

See Estimated Delivery on the product page for the estimated number of days from order to delivery.  Delivery may exceed the Estimated Delivery window if ordered on a holiday.

MULTIPLE LINE ORDERS

Multi-line orders may be shipped from several locations and may have different lead times.  Your order may arrive in multiple shipments and on different days.
