To proceed with a warranty claim you will need to provide your original order number and two images showing the problem. Please confirm that your product is still within its warranty period. ITSKINS will pay for shipping costs, but the customer is responsible for any potential customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
- Our guarantee does not cover product damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product.
- Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use
- Breaking of screen protection caused by drops
- Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
- Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
- Products that has been modified or altered
- Any product that is not manufactured by ITSKINS (including, without limitation, any non-ITSKINS product that is used in connection with the Product)
- Replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty.
- Please note that no refunds will be done.
