We ship Monday - Friday and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.


SHIPPING CHARGES

FREE SHIPPING   on orders over $99 (before tax)

For orders under $99 (before tax) the shipping charges below will be applied at checkout: 
$15 per order       Continental US 
$40 per order         Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories 

International and/or PO Box addresses will not be accepted

RETURNS/DAMAGE

·   Unless noted as "NON-RETURNABLE", purchases may be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of our ship date. All items must be returned unused in "as new condition in the original packaging and should include all accessories and user manuals. Any product returned that is not in its original packaging and documentation will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 
Returned product must be received at Kyocera within 10 business days of RMA issue date.

·   Kyocera cannot be responsible for the loss of items after delivery.

·   Please notify us of any discrepant, damaged, or defective product within 5 days of receipt of the product.
-   In the case of damaged shipments or defective products, please save all packaging materials until we contact you with instructions. We may need the packaging materials to file an insurance claim and appreciate any documentation or physical evidence that can be provided.

·    Damaged shipments should be reported immediately (within 3 business days of receipt) to our customer support team using the Return Request link below. Please save all packing materials until we let you know you may discard them. We often need the packing materials to file an insurance claim and appreciate any documentation or physical evidence that can be provided. 

·    You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returns unless there was an error in the order fulfillment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
