Warranty Policy

Goods supplied by Sonic Communications (Int) Ltd have warranty cover for a 12-month period (unless stated otherwise).

• Prior to returning any items provide full information as to the failure that is being claimed under warranty, quoting the serial number of the equipment

• Faulty goods should be adequately packed to avoid any further damage, as this will not be covered under Warranty

• Proof of purchase may be required

• The warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship, but does not cover fair wear and tear, defect resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, operation or storage outside the environment rating for the product or a Customer variation in the specification from the goods as originally ordered

• In-transit damage.

• The warranty may only be enforced by the first recipient of the goods

• Replacement of parts or product may be new or refurbished and will meet or exceed specifications of the original parts or products.

Summary of Defects Excluded

• Fair wear and tear

• Misuse or willful damage

• Unauthorized modification

• Incorrect installation, including power supplies, reverse polarity,

• overvoltage

• Damage by mishandling

• In transit damage

• Operation or storage outside of environmental specification

• Lightning Strike
